• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Create a positive customer experience and engage with customers.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, code, and replenish merchandise accurately.
• Maintain backroom organization and recovery standards.
• Promote safety and compliance with labor laws and policies.
