Job summary

Michigan's Adventure is seeking a motivated student for a Retail Management Internship in our Merchandise & Games Department. Gain hands-on experience in retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, sales analysis, leadership development, and guest service while supporting more than 15 retail and games locations throughout the park.

This internship runs for spring and summer of 2027 and includes paid opportunities, mentorship from experienced managers, and potential academic credit.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Interest in retail operations, business management, and customer experience.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
