Done Right Merchandising is hiring for demanding field merchandising roles requiring stand-up, lifting up to 35 pounds, and regular travel to new locations.

You will work on store projects across shifts, restocking shelves and setting up fixtures, with a schedule that rewards commitment.

Formación

Done Right Merchandising is a national retail merchandising company specializing in new store setups, resets, and remodels for major retailers. We're looking for reliable, hardworking people who are ready for physically demanding work, regular travel, and a schedule that rewards commitment.What to ExpectThis is demanding, hands-on work. You'll be on your feet for long shifts, lifting and moving product and store fixtures, and traveling to a new location on a regular basis. This isn't a desk job or a light-duty role — if you're looking for something low-key, this isn't it. If you're looking for steady, physical work with a clear schedule and real earning potential, keep reading.ScheduleYou'll typically work two store projects back-to-back before your week off. Each store project runs Saturday through Thursday (6 working days). Once a store is complete, you'll travel to your next location on Friday and begin the next store project the following Saturday. After completing your second store, you'll have a full week off before starting your next assignment. Shift length varies depending on the project and how quickly the store is completed.PayPay is a flat rate per completed store project, not a standard hourly wage. This means your actual hourly earnings depend on how efficiently your team completes the project.
