• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment and backroom stock.
• Manage inventory control, stock movement, and pricing integrity.
• Execute ad sets and promotional signage; ensure accurate product placement.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment, RTVs and ASN receiving.
• Support asset protection to reduce shrink; develop team members.
