Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, or related field.
• Expected graduation dates of December 2026 or May 2027.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout of merchandising strategies from concept to store execution.
• Collaborate with corporate teams and field leadership to execute in-store initiatives.
• Gain experience with planograms, product resets, and promotional displays.
• Learn planning and tracking tools and assess execution readiness.
