Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., in San Juan, PR, is seeking a Store Associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You may be cross-trained in multiple areas to support business needs and uphold loss prevention standards.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, adaptability, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
