• Model customer experience practices with internal and external customers
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and manage cash
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Prepare and stock merchandise for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery and safety initiatives
• Support shrink reduction goals and labor policies
• Other duties as assigned
