Job summary

TJ Maxx in American Fork, UT is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to deliver exceptional service, keep the store clean, and support operations. You will handle purchases, returns, and promote loyalty programs while upholding loss prevention standards.

You will flex across departments as needed, multitask effectively, and collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming shopping environment that adheres to company policies and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience engaging with all customers.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
• Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
