Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure Associates process efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer experience and engage with customers.
• Prioritize truck delivery and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty for goods flow.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Organize back stock for replenishment and maintain backroom standards.
• Uphold signage and merchandising standards and safety.
• Comply with labor laws and store policies.
