Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping the store clean and organized.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise on the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains backroom organization, signage standards and safety policies.
• Monitors productivity and coaches as needed.
