Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Associate at HomeGoods in Keene, NH. You will engage customers, maintain a clean, organized store, and support multiple sales floor areas as needed.

You’ll promote loyalty programs and handle transactions while upholding safety and loss-prevention standards. Ideal candidates have strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining an organized store.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Ring up purchases/returns accurately and handle cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Stock and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery throughout the day.
• Participate in safety initiatives and maintain a safe environment.
• Assist in shrink-reduction goals and store programs.
