Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays and end caps, rotating shelves, and tracking inventory to boost sales.

You will help with leadership tasks, reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, enabling stores to maximize opportunities. No prior experience required as training and team support are provided; strong customer service and reliability are valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Able to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Willingness to lead and train teammates.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
