Job summary

SAS Retail Services in Oregon City, OR is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to ensure products are attractively stocked, displays built, and shelves reset to maximize sales opportunities. You will also track inventory and assist with onboarding new hires.

No prior merchandising experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed, with wage range of $17.00–$19.00 per hour and growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work in a retail setting.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
