Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking in-store merchandisers in the Portland, OR area to support retailers by building displays, setting end caps, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; compensation is $18.50 per hour with potential for additional hours and growth within the

About you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
