Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising helper in San Jose, CA. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have 1–2 years of merchandising experience and ability to train others.

Now, about you:

• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
