Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a proactive in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training teammates. No prior experience required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Have reliable transportation to the work location.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Safety‑mirst mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
