SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking an in-store merchandising support team member to ensure shoppers have engaging product displays and up-to-date shelves.

You’ll build displays, reset shelves, and monitor inventory while supporting store leadership with simple reporting and onboarding new hires. Ideal candidates are 18+, comfortable with customer interaction, physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and available for flexible hours.

Competenze

• Merchandising experience typically 1–2 years or more.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and train teammates when needed.
• Comfort using a smartphone or tablet to record post-shift notes.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
