Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a field merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and monitoring inventory. You will assist leadership with scheduling, onboarding new hires, and reporting while delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to work 50 lb lifts. Training is provided and opportunities for growth exist within the company.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
