Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Saint George, UT. You will support in-store merchandising, build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will help with reporting, training, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and work with management to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Must be comfortable on the floor, lift up to 50 lbs, and lead by example.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support, including building displays and end caps, and rotating stock.
• Reset shelves and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
