SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate to help retailers meet shoppers' needs through displays, end caps, and shelf resets. You will support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while ensuring accurate inventory and product rotation.

Excellent customer service skills, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and experience in merchandising are desired. This is a frontline role offering growth opportunities and flexible hours.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
