Job summary

SAS Retail is hiring for in-store merchandising roles in Golden, CO. You will build displays, reset shelves, and rotate products to maximize sales while ensuring accurate inventory tracking. You will also support leadership with daily reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

We welcome applicants 18+ with strong customer service skills, a 外friendly, outgoing attitude, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail is a plus but not required.
• Strong customer service mindset with friendly, energetic demeanor.
• Ability to train and lead teammates when needed.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
