Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. in Colorado (Broomfield) is seeking a part-time in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, setting end caps, rotating products, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, and training teammates as needed. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; you must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
