Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Tucson, AZ. You will help build displays, reset shelves, rotate product, and track inventory to optimize sales opportunities.

You’ll also support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, with training provided if needed. This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Ability to move, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
