Job summary

SAS Retail Services in Ossining, NY is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers, build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory. You will also assist with reporting, training new hires, and scheduling to keep stores performing at their best.

No prior experience required as training is provided; you should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic way, and use a smartphone to record shifts.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
