Job summary

SAS Retail Services is hiring an in-store merchandising associate in Howells, NY to support retailers with displays, shelf resets, and inventory tracking. You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience required as training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the company. You will interact with customers and store staff in a friendly, energetic manner, lift up to 50 lbs, and contribute to a safe, productive retail

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Willing to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment
