Job summary

SAS Retail Services in New York is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to build displays, rotate stock, and support retailers. You will help optimize sales opportunities by maintaining planograms and tracking inventory, while assisting leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires.

All applicants should be comfortable with customer interactions, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have 1–2 years of merchandising experience. Training is provided and opportunities for growth are available.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
