SAS Retail Services is seeking a motivated in-store merchandising assistant to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to help maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires to drive team success. No prior experience is required as training is provided; growth opportunities exist within the company.

Formación

• Experience in merchandising or retail is preferred but not required.
• Ability to interact with customers and management professionally.
• Willingness to lead and train teammates.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
