Job summary

SAS Retail in Minnesota is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an in-store merchandising support. In this role, you will interact with customers while managing displays and inventory to enhance shopping experiences.

This position offers competitive wages at $18.00 per hour along with growth opportunities and required training. You’ll need a strong sense of independence coupled with excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with both customers and your team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable with physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
