Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a dedicated individual to provide in-store merchandising support in Plainfield, Indiana. In this role, you'll build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory while ensuring optimum sales opportunities for retailers.

No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training and support. Ideal candidates should be comfortable interacting with customers, willing to perform physical tasks, and demonstrate strong teamwork and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and possess reliable transportation.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
