Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking in-store merchandisers to support retailers, build displays, and reset shelves. You’ll track inventory and help maximize sales opportunities while assisting with reporting, training, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience required; training provided and growth opportunities available. You’ll interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic manner, be at least 18, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Customer service aptitude and friendly interaction with customers and management.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience leading and training others is a plus, training will be provided.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
