Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Training is provided; 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Wage is $17.50 per hour with benefits available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
