Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires; no prior experience is required as we provide training and team support. The role requires 18+ and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Friendly, enthusiastic interaction with customers and management.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record shifts.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
