Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers, set up displays, rotate products, and monitor inventory. You will help leadership with reporting, training, and onboarding new hires while providing outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates are 18+, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working with store management. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement exist within a growing network of brands.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
