Job summary

SAS Retail Services in New Hampshire is hiring a part of our in-store merchandising team. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and help maximize sales opportunities at our retailers.

You will also support leadership with reporting, training new hires, scheduling, and onboarding. If you are 18+, with strong customer service and teamwork, this role offers growth, training, and benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training and team support provided.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
