Job summary

SAS Retail Services in Parsonsfield, ME is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to help retailers meet shopper needs by building displays, rotating stock, and maintaining shelves. You will support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while promoting teamwork and high service levels.

Requirements include 18+, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, reliable transportation, and 1–2 years of merchandising experience.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
