Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring an in-store merchandising associate in Mobile, AL. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to optimize sales while supporting leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed. Competitive wages start at $15.40 per hour with additional hours and customizable benefits for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Ability to lead and train teammates
• Record work on smartphone/tablet after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action
• Ability to perform job duties with safety-first mentality

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training peopleCan use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
