Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is hiring for an in-store merchandising role. You will help create engaging product displays, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to drive sales. Training and team support are provided, with opportunities for growth.

The position requires strong customer service, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation to the location. Prior merchandising experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers and management.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Demonstrated leadership or training experience with teams.
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps, and rotating products on shelves.
• Reset shelves and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
