SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a dedicated Retail Merchandiser Team Lead for Milaca, MN. You will provide in-store merchandising support, build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires, while delivering excellent customer service and teamwork. Training is provided; no prior experience required to start, with growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lead and train teammates.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing light physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
