SAS Retail Services in Aptos, CA is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to supervise in-store merchandising, build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, with no nights or weekends required. Prior merchandising experience and team leadership are preferred; we provide training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to perform physical work (lift up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves and rotate product to maximize sales opportunities.
