Job summary

Retail Odyssey is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant in Milwaukee to help shape the future of shopping experiences. You will support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, rotating products, and tracking inventory to boost sales. You’ll also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

You must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Training is provided; growth opportunities exist as we promote from within.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.

• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• Willingness to train and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
