Job summary

SAS Retail Services is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales.

You will assist leadership with scheduling, reporting and onboarding new hires, applying a customer-focused approach and ensuring safety in a retail environment. 18+ and able to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training others.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with using a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.
• Excellent customer service and collaboration with clients, customers and team members.

Responsibilities

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
