Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Lexington, KY. You will build displays, reset shelves with rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities while supporting leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. Excellent customer service is essential.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training others.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Ability to use a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
