Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks a team member to support in-store merchandising, build displays and end caps, and help reset shelves to maximize sales opportunities.

You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires while providing excellent customer service. No prior experience required; training and growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Can use smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Works independently and in teams with safety-first mindset.
