Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and maintaining shelves. This role offers growth through internal promotion and no mandatory nights or weekends.

You will train teammates, report to leaders, and help with scheduling while delivering excellent customer service to store staff and shoppers. No prior experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
