Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is hiring for an in-store merchandiser to support retailers. Build displays, reset shelves, track inventory, and assist leadership with reporting and onboarding. No prior experience required; training provided. You will ensure strong customer service and effective store execution in Wayne, PA with potential for growth.

The role offers hourly pay of $20.00, with opportunities for additional hours and benefits tailored to your needs.

Qualifications

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
