Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding, with training provided. The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and ability to work physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Experience leading and training people is required or shown.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
