Job summary

Advantage Solutions, SAS Retail Services in Maryland, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience required; training and team support are provided. You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while delivering excellent customer service to clients and shoppers.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Experience leading and training people
• Can use smartphone/tablet to record work
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
