Job summary

Advantage Solutions, via SAS Retail Services, seeks an in-store merchandiser to support retailers with displays, rotation, and inventory tracking in Aberdeen, SD. You will help leaders with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while delivering excellent customer service.

We provide training and team support; 18+ years old candidates with strong interpersonal skills and reliability can grow through internal growth opportunities and benefits, including medical, dental, and vision plans.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers, build displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Record work after each shift using a smartphone or tablet.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
