Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory. You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, with opportunities for growth and internal promotion.

This role requires 18+ years old, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and merchandising experience or training. Training is provided; benefits include medical and more.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Youre 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
