Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in Burien, WA. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate stock, and track inventory to boost sales. Provide support to leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires while delivering excellent customer service.

This role offers on-the-job training, growth opportunities, and a benefits package. Candidates must be at least 18 and physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
